Our Terms & Conditions of Service

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive your full treatment experience.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Full charges may still apply.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment. Vybrant Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is not safe to proceed.

Treatment Results & Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality services, results may vary. Vybrant Lounge is not liable for adverse reactions where clients have not disclosed relevant health information.

Hygiene & Professional Standards

We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Clients are expected to respect the environment and staff at all times.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after the service. We accept cash/ card & bank deposit payments.

Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue where possible.

Personal Belongings

Vybrant Lounge is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment, only clients receiving treatments are permitted unless agreed in advance.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour.

Data Protection (GDPR)

All personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and used only for booking, treatment, and communication purposes.
